General terms and conditions for e-commerce

1. Company information

  • These general terms and conditions apply to purchases made on doodop.se between the customer and the supplier, Doodop AB, with organization number 5594613670, Sveavägen 92 113 50, Stockholm (not a visiting address).

2. Applicability

  • These terms apply to all purchases made through e-commerce, regardless of whether the customer is Swedish or international.

3. Order and agreement

  • An agreement for purchase/subscription is concluded when your order has been confirmed by us via the email address provided during registration.

  •  For subscriptions and subscription services, special rules apply:

    • You can cancel, freeze, adjust, change subscription size/product, or change the delivery address for your subscription at any time via "My Pages" on the website or by contacting customer service.

    • If the subscription is cancelled or changed, but a delivery has already been sent from our warehouse to your specified address, you will be charged for that delivery according to the agreed subscription price. Thereafter, the subscription will be terminated, paused, or changed according to your choice.

    • Failure to pay or ignoring notifications does not count as cancellation – you must actively notify us of changes, pauses, or cancellations.

    • No binding period applies, unless otherwise explicitly stated in connection with the purchase. You can always cancel or change your subscription for future deliveries; goods already shipped will be charged regardless of whether they have reached you or not, unless a right of return exists by law (e.g., right of withdrawal for unopened packaging).

    • When changing an address, the change applies to future orders/deliveries that have not yet been shipped.

    • Your rights regarding the right of withdrawal and protection for distance selling are governed by Swedish consumer law and also apply to subscriptions (14-day right of withdrawal for unopened goods upon new subscription).

  • All essential terms for the subscription (prices per period, delivery intervals, terms for cancellation and change) are clearly stated on our website and in your order confirmation.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices include VAT (25%).

  • Shipping costs and any other fees are clearly specified.

5. Delivery

All orders are delivered directly to the customer's door with home delivery. Normal delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days and applies to orders within Sweden. Customers can also choose express delivery for an additional fee; express deliveries are shipped within 1–3 business days.

For international deliveries, additional customs duties or import fees may apply. The customer is responsible for any fees in the recipient country.

When an order is shipped, the customer receives a tracking number so that the shipment can be tracked during transit.

If the customer does not accept home delivery or does not receive the package, and does not pick up their package, the shipment will be returned to the sender.

Shipping costs may apply and are clearly displayed in the checkout/payment window before completing the order. Costs for uncollected or returned packages may be charged according to information on the website.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

  • Swedish and EU law grants consumers 14 days right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

  • Exceptions: Hygiene articles, such as opened or used toilet paper rolls, are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

  • Returns are not accepted if the packaging is broken.

  • If the product is unopened/unused, the consumer can return it within 14 days. 

  • In case of a complaint (product defect), the consumer always has the right to complain according to the Consumer Purchase Act. 

7. Subscriptions

  • Subscription services are covered by the same laws as one-time purchases.

  • The consumer has the right to cancel a subscription at any time unless otherwise specifically agreed.

  • Upon ordering, a 14-day right of withdrawal also applies to the first delivery of a subscription.

  • Cancellation and modification of subscriptions are free and easily accessible on "my pages" or via customer service.

8. Personal data and GDPR

  • All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with GDPR. Read about how we handle your data.

9. Responsibility and complaints

  • The seller is responsible for the product being correct and safe. The right to complain applies by law.

10. Customer service and contact

  • Customer service should be available for questions, complaints, and right of withdrawal.

  • Customer service is available Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM

11. Other

  • Disputes are regulated by Swedish law and can be tried by the ARN (National Board for Consumer Disputes) or a Swedish court.

  • For international purchases, Swedish law applies, but the consumer may have additional protection in their home country according to EU regulations.
